MAKING SURE YOU RECEIVE YOUR DETOX EMAILS
In the course of protecting your inbox, email providers are sometimes… over-zealous.
To make sure you receive the Detox, add email@example.com to your white list (try these directions if you aren’t sure how).
If at any point you don’t receive your daily email, the first thing to do is check your junk mail folder, or if you’re using gmail check the promotions tab. If your email has gone there, you can drag it into your ‘primary’ tab, and hopefully a pale orange box will pop up near the top of the screen telling you that you’ve just moved an email and asking if you’d like to do the same for future messages – click yes.

As a bonus for this live round of the Writer’s Block Detox, we’ve got a Facebook group where you can share the journey and get encouragement from other writers.
It’s by no means obligatory, but feeling like you’re part of something can help you to keep going on those days when you really don’t feel like it.
CHAT WITH ME
So. This round, rather than doing one big live call, we’re going to have a series of weekly mini pep talks on Facebook Live within the group. These will take place on Wednesdays at 3pm UK time (you can translate this to your time zone here). I’ll post on a Monday to see how you’re all doing, and ask if anyone has questions they’d like me to address that week. I’ll also be around in the group every couple of days to chat and answer questions generally.
